Volunteering at Belchamps 2026
To make sure everyone has the best possible weekend at Belchamps 2026, we are reliant on the service of those attending. Below you can see a list of areas that are in need of support. If you are able, please offer your time to support the running of the weekend.
Welcome Team & Stewards
Help sign guests into the site, hand out wristbands, marshall vehicles, and more. To ensure the site is kept accessible and tidy, and that all guests are directed to the correct locations for sessions, our stewards are vital part of the team.
Catering & Food Service
Food is provided for lunch and dinner on Saturday. We need help to organise and distribute meals to all guests on the day.
Kids & Youth
Our young people are at the heart of our churches. During the weekend, there will be multiple children's and youth sessions that need support. We have a small team of church staff that need support in delivering the weekend's activities.
Refreshments
Can you make or serve tea and coffee? We need a strong group of volunteers to support our refreshments team after each session.
Prayer Ministry
We are seeking volunteers to be part of our prayer ministry team, offering prayer and support to anyone that needs it before, during or after our main sessions.
First Aid
Unfortunately, sometimes accidents happen. If you are a qualified first aider or hold any first aid certificates, we'd love to hear from you.
