Planning Your Weekend
Below are some suggestions to help you plan for your weekend. There is every possibility that the weather will be very hot; it's important to be prepared!

Campers
You will need to bring your own tents, bedding/sleeping bags, and camping mattresses. To make your weekend more comfortable and enjoyable, it is recommended that you bring chairs or cushions (clearly labelled) and a torch for when it gets dark. For self-catered periods, you will need your own food, cutlery and crockery.
With the weather likely to be warm and sunny, you should bring sun tan lotion, sun glasses, buig spray and a suitable cup/bottle to keep yourself hydrated.
Make sure you have enough suitable clothing to feel relaxed during the sessions, and to enjoy the saturday morning and afternoon activities, but also to protect you should the English summer maintain it's unpredictability.
Campers can arrive on site from 3pm on Friday.

Day Visitors
As with the campers, you will need to bring suitable chairs or cushions (clearly labelled), sunglasses, sun tan lotion and bug spray.
You will still need suitable clothing, and possibly a change of clothes if you want to take part in the extra activities.
Day visitors can arrive on site from 3pm on Friday, and from 8am on both Saturday and Sunday.
All day visitors need to be off site by 10.30pm.

Vehicles & Valuable
- Please do not bring valuables or anything that might get lost or damaged.
- No pets or animals of any description are permitted.
- Tents only, no camper vans or similar.
- Campers can bring vehicles to the camping area for a limited time only, and soley for the purpose of unloading equipment. Camper's cars are then to be parked in the allocated car park.
Day visitors can bring vehicles to the site, and must park in the allocated visitors car park.

Mobile Phones
There are a limited number of sockets available for mobile phone/device charging. It is highly recommended that you bring a power bank for any devices you wish to charge during the course of the weekend.
